About the Workout
Our sessions will begin by checking in with how you are feeling on the day, figuring out the tone for the session. We will start some qi gong techniques to induce us into a deeper state of mindfulness and get us focused on breath, we will then proceed to a vinyasa yoga sequence which will usually be more strength and flexibility focused, or a restorative, more slow-paced flow, depending on what you choose. And finally, we will finish with a short meditation. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling nourished, energized and focused.

My yoga journey began just over 3 years ago after suffering from sciatica. I was able to relieve my pain under the tuition of a well-known yoga teacher and author. She told me that daily practice would relieve my symptoms, and low and behold, it did. And I've been doing yoga ever since!
Qualifications and Experience
I have trained in a mixture of vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. I am confident in the methods of my instruction to fulfill your needs and meet you at whatever stage you are at in your practice.
