I have been in sports and fitness since the age of 8 years old, playing Sunday league football to running the 100 & 200 metres for the county in athletics, to boxing as an amateur from the age of 14 to representing England school boys after having 47 fights I’m now coaching boxing within my fitness business teaching clients the basics and fundamentals of self defence and boxing science.
I train all levels of fitness, age and ability I cater for all types of fitness based training even to mobility and recovery, weight loss, bodybuilding, weight training,HIIT, nutritional advice or tailored plans (training or nutrition) I have 10 years experience as a qualified trainer/coach and over 25 years sporting experience and I still love what I do helping people change there lives and getting the results they want.
