Driven with a strong, dedicated spirit. I have experience working with all levels of fitness and understand what it takes to make changes.

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in personal training and Nutrition ( Level 2 and level 3) Reps Certified
• Currently studying Msc Strength and conditioning, NSCA S&C Coach
• Certified Level 2 Uk sport+ British taekwondo , Taekwondo coach
• Certified STA swimming teacher all group and parents and baby
• First aid
