30-60 minutes of exercise broken into circuits of 10-15 exercises completed to timed intervals.
Mostly bodyweight and floor but can be done with small equipment if you let me know what you have.

Qualifications and Experience
20 years in fitness, predominantly running corporate gyms with companies such as JPMorgan and BT. Mostly face to face personal training and classes such as spin, circuits, boxercise, bootcamp.
