Training and workouts are always specifically tailored to the individual. Workouts will involve high intensity activities, strength work, flexibility and stretching but always with the individual goals in mind!
Personal trainer of 4 years. I enjoy football, NFL, golf...a lot of sports to be honest. I have completed 4 half marathons with a fifth this year and one triathlon.
I like to have fun, a bit of a laugh but get results. I enjoy creating fat blasting HIIT workouts as well as strength and muscle growth plans. I can also help with tips and advice when it comes to long distance running.

Level 2 fitness instructor, Level 3 personal trainer.
4 years PT experience
