Physiotherapy is a way of getting the body back to full fitness, after an injury or illness. Our physios use a variety of different tools, such as exercise, manual therapy and advice to help you get back up and running. Physio is a key step in getting you back to your full fitness after a period of injury. If you rush back into your normal activities without seeing a quality physiotherapist, you’re likely to do more harm than good.
All our physios work on a 1-2-1 basis, meaning they’ll be able to offer you bespoke advice. This ensures you’re back to full fitness as quickly as possible. Our physiotherapists will empower you take take control of your own rehabilitation. They’ll ensure you fully understand an exercises that you’ve been prescribed and will always be on hand to help along the way. It goes without saying that regularly sessions with a Physio will get you back to full fitness quicker than if you were to tackle the problem yourself. If your injury or pain is unknown, our Physios will be able to help diagnose the problem, before setting out on a rehabilitation program. Different injuries and illness require different approaches to rehabilitation, so be prepared to work closely with your Physio and be patient.
Trainify allows you to use your credits across multiple different services on the platform therefore, after your initial rebar is taken care of, our physios will be able to help you with the next stage or your recovery journey, whether that is further rehab work, or passing you on to a Personal Trainer, who can help take you to the next level.
