However, most people prefer sessions 1-2 times per week for around 3-6 months total. After that point, depending on how successful the program has been, people may continue working out together once or twice per month as maintenance or added cardio workouts.
Getting the most out of your PT session means being comfortable with your personal trainer and being willing to try new things. Talking about your fitness levels and goals will help our coaches better understand what you need, and how they can help you reach those objectives. Additionally, be sure to ask as many questions as possible so that you fully understand what you're doing and achieve the best possible results.
Our personal trainers are not professional nutritionists, so it's important to be cautious. While they may have some good recommendations for adding additional exercise to your routine, they may not know much about dieting in general. Before working with a personal trainer, make sure to talk to your doctor and get their input on what kind of diet plan is best for you.
Our PT sessions normally last 60 minutes, but if you need more time, we can offer 2-hour sessions as well. We want to make sure that each and every one of our clients get the most out of their experience with us, so don't hesitate to ask whatever questions you may have!
