About the Workout

I always tailor towards what the client needs.
Sessions can be for a variety of reasons weight loss, pre/post natal, build strength, put on muscle mass, rebar from and injury or sport related fitness.
No matter what the goal expect an emphasis on mobility first and foremost , building strength second and working on endurance also.

Expect to master using your own bodyweight, use dumbbells, barbells & kettlebells frequently as well as cable machines and cardio equipment too.

Sessions are 1 hour long, preferably in studio but can do home visits if it’s suitable.

About Me

I am a Personal trainer working out of Duo Chelsea gym, Chelsea. I also cover areas such as in Hammersmith & Fulham, Putney and Wandsworth area. My clients cover many walks of life. Busy professionals, injury rehabilitation, pre/ post-natal mothers, OAPs, teen strength & conditioning.

I graduated with a degree in Exercise & Health studies covering training, psychology and nutrition. I believe the psychological aspect of personal training is the most important element for change.

I've been a competitive powerlifter at national level, coached various football clubs and won national titles in football in University. This past has given me a great knowledge on strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation through my past.

Qualifications and Experience

- BA in Exercise & Health studies, Waterford Institute of technology. This degree included psychology, exercise nutrition, nutrition in pregnancy,
strength + conditioning & personal training
- UKSCA Speed, plyometrics & Agility
- UKSCA Weightlifting for sports performance

- 6+ years personal training (5+) in Chelsea
- Strength & conditioning coach to 5 different GAA clubs in Ireland in London
- Bootcamp instructor to 60-80 people per night in Ireland
