About the Workout
Functional Training is offered both as single and group sessions. The session's primary objectives are to strengthen and prepare your body for all the challenges of everyday life. Training will involve; strength, fitness, resilience, coordination, mobility & balance. The exercises are designed to strengthen the body's natural and everyday movement patterns, with the help of tools and just using your body weight. This class is for everyone and can be adapted to your abilities.
Duration: 30, 45, 60 minutes.
