All workouts are specifically designed to you. If there is a particular way of training you enjoy then we can focus on that, whether that is strength training or HIIT etc. All sessions include a movement assessment at the beginning to help me identify any areas that can be worked on moving forward.

Having worked at the Harbour Club for a number of years, I have worked with multiple tennis players and specialise in on and off court conditioning including tennis specific movement, as well as the strength training to lay foundations for good movement.
