About Me
I've been working as a sports rehabilitator for over 19 years, working with numerous recreational and elite professional athletes.
My continued passion and desire to further understand pathology of injury, healing and rehabilitation methods, lead me to complete my MSc programme and become a registered Physiotherapist. This has further refined my skills in diagnosing and rehabilitating, particularly tendon injuries associated with the elbow, hip, knees and shoulder. As well as, manage the entire recovery process, immediately post-operative to returning to full sports/activity participation.

- Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- MSc Rehabilitation Science
- BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention
