You tell me what you want from the workout and I will tailor it to exactly that. This can be anywhere from having a fun burning calories session or focusing on a specific muscle group, to becoming stronger/faster or more athletic for a sport or lift.
I am 30 years old, fitness and everything around that has been my passion in life since I was a young boy. I started playing tennis when I was 5 and competed to a high level, so this is where it all started. I am now currently travelling different parts of the world working with professional tennis players.
Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach. I currently work with adult and junior professional tennis players. For the first 10 years of my own training I did body building and powerlifting, Along with weighing all my food for that period of my life.
