We will start the first session understanding what you want to achieve and your fitness history. The exact nature of the sessions will vary for each individual but will focus on cardiovascular, strength and stretching. I have a wide set of equipment in my studio so we will work with this, as needed.
I am Robb, a personal trainer and running coach with thirteen years experience, based in Shoreditch with my own private COVID-safe studio. Before entering the world of fitness, I spent many years living the office desk life so one of my particular focus areas is designing fitness sessions for individuals who spend a lot of time at a desk and computer.
I use strength and conditioning along with cardio to create a full-body session which will be individualised, and, most importantly, effective.
I have coached many people to run half marathons and marathons aswell as assisting those who are just starting to run. I use my own running journey and specific running coaching training to undertake this in a way that adapts to the particular needs of the individual.
