Working through various phases of training to develop movement capacity, strength, speed and speed qualities for sport or everyday life. The initial stage is always a movement screen and a testing battery dependent on your goals.
I’ve been a PT for a decade and have worked in commercial gyms and clinical rehab settings in partnership with physiotherapists.
I’m now employed as a PT in London, and I'm Head of Training & Development in a Fitness Club in Parson’s Green. I apply S&C principles of athletic development or injury rehab/return to sport protocol to clients, whether they’re competitive or just very keen hobbyists.
