These Personal Training sessions are exactly what they should be PERSONAL. I'm here whether you need a slight nudge or a big push to keep you motivated! I truly believe that fitness should be fun and I'll try to incorporate as much fun as possible into our classes. I have qualifications in Dance, Yoga and Fitness, and like to incorporate as many different styles of fitness into the sessions to keep you motivated and enjoying the workout. For me as long as you are sweating and smiling then I'm happy :)

I am a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Yoga and Dance Teacher and I have been teaching classes now for 6 years. My passion for fitness started at the age of 3 when I developed a love for dance. I went on to do a degree in Dance and Choreography and later trained to become a Personal Trainer. One of the most rewarding accomplishments is having the opportunity to work with several charities in Fiji and Botswana, where I was able to create dance groups to give their communities a safe place for children and teenagers to express themselves. I love working within the fitness industry, supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of my clients.
One of the biggest takeaways is to see clients improve and grow by achieving their fitness goals. So many of my clients in the past have had confidence issues, I've seen the transformative effect fitness and reaching personal targets has on gaining confidence back in themselves! Additionally, I find it exciting to understand the needs of every individual client, getting to know how people work. As a trainer you learn to adapt, everyone has a different way of learning and focusing on their goals. I am here for my clients, whether you need a little push or continuous motivation!
I am currently teaching online classes in Yoga, Dance, LBT and more. I truly believe fitness classes should be fun — I incorporate positivity and high energy into my classes.
