Private Ashtanga Yoga Class involves an introduction with meditation followed by a flowing sequence to get the fascia moving, and restore balance in the body. Ending with a restorative guided meditation to sink in the juices of the flow.
My name is Stephie Da Silva, and I have in the past year been working towards building my skills even further in the area of wellness.
I've been a qualified Gym instructor and Personal Trainer for the past 8 years. I have recently obtained my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training qualifications with Himalaya Yoga Valley Institute, and I am about to obtain both my Meditation & Mindfulness accreditation, and my Pilates Mat Level 3.
I come from an acting background, which has been an amazing experience, but not without its challenges. The area of wellness has always been my saving grace. I am passionate about it, and am constantly looking for new courses and workshops in the hope to discover another way to achieve this HOLISTIC HEALTH. I am passionate about building my business, Simply Wellness with Steph.
