About Me
I am an enthusiastic yoga teacher, who is currently doing a 300 hour ytt and a yoga therapist course to accompany my already existing 200h ytt. I am passionate about exercise believing that i can massively improve everyone’s physical and mental health.
Qualifications and Experience
200hour-yoga teacher training accredited by the yoga Alliance
Been teaching at pure gym in new Barnet since September, on Vera he 3 classes aweek.
