We will run a postural analysis first to find out which exercises are suitable for your body type followed by working on your aim such as muscle strengthening, improve flexibility, increase mobility or specific areas you wish to work on to alleviate discomfort on back or shoulders, knees, etc.
I am qualified stott pilates instructor specialised in mobility, general wellbeing and seniors. I have been working with clients who have improved their health immensely after they started to exercise according to my tailored instructions.
Stott Pilates instructor for Mat pilates, PFE Exercise instructor for older adults, YMCA gym instructor. I have been teaching pilates group classes as well as offering holistic personal training based on pilates and Chi Gong, acupressure. I have been working with clients who have improved their health conditions dramatically such as frozen shoulders, backache, severe obese, parkinson's, autonomic neuropathy, diastases recti, endometriosis, etc.
