Bacon’s College Sports provides workout areas for the community, with a fully equipped gym and outdoor spaces. It’s located nearby Stave Hill Ecological Park, on Timber Pond Road. Welcomes all ages and abilities, services are made accessible, visitors can enjoy low rates, working out doesn't have to be expensive! Facilities include weights, cardiovascular gym equipment, a studio and has its own astroturf outdoor pitch. General amenities include showers and changing rooms. Open Monday to Friday from 6pm to 10pm and 10am to 7pm on weekends. The nearest bus and tube station is Canada Water.
