Ironmonger Row Baths

Ironmonger Row Baths welcomes all locals into its stunning £17 million recently restored public complex with 2 pools and original Turkish baths. There two pools in the centre including a 30.5m, 5-lane main pool and 15m teaching pool - 15m, with a moveable floor. The 30m pool is 3.7 metres deep and is perfect for swimming lessons and general swim. The learner pool is fantastic for any younger guests learning to swim or perfect their technique. It has a moveable floor from 0-1.5m and disability access is available.
Free swimming is on offer for people aged 60+ with a Better Adult Senior membership (£5.80 per year). This includes Monday-Friday, 8.30-4.30 and weekends at Ironmonger Row Baths. They also offer swim for fitness classes which take place in the slow, medium and fast lanes, so you can take things at your own pace. Both pools are fully accessible and play host to the ever growing Better Swim School, IRB’s learn to swim programme, which caters for toddlers to older adults in 1-2-1 and group sessions.
Adults who are not members can swim for £5.80 and children under the age of 16 can swim for £4.15. These prices are almost halved if you’re a Better Health member.
