Mile End Park Leisure Centre and Stadium is located at 190 Burdett Road and it houses two pools. One is 25 meters long, with a width of 17 meters, a shallow end of 1 meter, a deep end of 2 meters, a swimmable area of 425 square meters and a poolpod. The other pool is 17 meters long, with a width of 8 meters and a deep end of 2 meters, as well as a swimmable area of 136 square meters. The venue’s facilities include: Parking, Accessible Parking, Accessible Entrance, Accessible Changing, Accessible Toilets, Pre-School Swimming Lessons, Aquatics Fitness Sessions, Women Only Sessions and Under 5s Fun Swims. There is a large, modern gym with 130+ stations, cardio, strength, and functional training rooms, and a separate women's only gym at the Mile End Park Leisure Centre, which is conveniently located near the Mile End tube station on Burdett Road. The studio offers a wide variety of exercise courses, including Zumba, Boxfit, Yoga, and more; they even have a room set out just for Virtual Group Cycle. They have a 25-meter, eight-lane swimming pool and a separate teaching pool where you may take lessons from Better Swim School, as well as other swim-related activities. The sports hall has all the necessary gear for badminton, basketball, gymnastics, trampolining, fencing, Toddlers World, and a specialized soft play giant structure. Meeting rooms, an athletics stadium with a grandstand for spectators, an 11-a-side astro pitch for hockey and football, three 7-a-side and four 5-a-side 3G pitches, two netball courts, three tennis courts, and a Health Suite with a sauna, a steam room, a spa, and a relaxation area round out the facilities.
