Nuffield Health Merton Abbey

Nuffield Health Merton Abbey is located on Abby Mills, Watermill Way and has a swimming pool that is generous in size and perfect for children to learn how to swim. The pool is 25 meters long, 10 meters wide, has the deep and shallow ends of 1.2 meters and a swimmable area of 250 m2. The centre offers both private and in groups swimming lessons for both children and adults. The trainings can be done as 1-to-1s, 2-to-1s (child and adult) and group lessons. Group lessons can be bought in packs of 12 weeks and the private sessions can be bought in 4, 8 and 12 packs. All of the sessions mentioned above are 30 minutes each, except for the Group Squad sessions which are 60 minutes. The centre is a comprehensive and welcoming fitness centre. In order to give you a superior total health experience rather than just a workout, Nuffield Health has worked to be a specialized gym by offering you additional services and wellness professionals in addition to exercise equipment. The state-of-the-art fitness centre in Merton Abbey has a large pool, a sauna, a steam room, a creche, a fitness studio for a variety of classes, as well as a sizable workout area with a variety of free weights, various cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, and functional training equipment. Some other facilities are parking, accessible parking, accessible entrance, accessible changing, accessible toilets, swimming lessons and pre-school swimming lessons.
