Parkour Generations is located in East London (E14). Facilities include free weights (barbells, dumbbells up to 50kg) and a host of functional training equipment. General amenities include showers, changing rooms and lockers. Open Monday to Friday from 7.15am to 6.30pm, and from 12pm to 6pm on Saturdays. The closest station is the East India DLR, a 10-minute walk away.
