Phoenix Fitness Centre & Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool has two swimming pools, one for the general access and one for learners/training/teaching. The main one, 300 square meters, 25 meters long and 12 meters wide has a depth between 1 meter and 2 meters. The second pool, only 96 square meters, has a length of 12 meters and is 8 meters wide. Compared to the main one, the deep end has 0.9 meters. The second pool is optimal for children.
The Phoenix Fitness Centre and Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool offers a full range of affordable sport and leisure activities to the White City community. Sharing recently refurbished facilities with Phoenix Academy, the centre boasts two separate gym areas with a wide range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment for all types of users. The Sports Hall is a versatile space for badminton and basketball as well as a hire space for community groups. They offer a wide variety of fitness classes, focusing on Strength and Conditioning, Dance, Mind and Body, and Cardio.
