Pools on the Park provides pool and gym workout facilities in Twickenham, located on the outskirts of Old Deer Park. Facilities include cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, free weight equipment, spa sauna, steam room as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The spa is run by Aquarius Beauty, treat yourself to a Murad face scrub or choose from various body treatments. An onsite cafe is also available for refreshments and a quick snack. General amenities include showers, changing rooms and lockers. Open Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 10pm, and from 7am to 9pm on weekends. The closest tube station is Richmond, a 5-minute walk away.
