Putney Leisure Centre is located off Upper Richmond Road (SW15)., Facilities include free weights, resistance machinery, cardiovascular machinery, such as treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and there’s even a pool, diving boards, spa pool, sauna and steam room. This gym also offers a range of exercise classes. General amenities include showers, changing rooms, lockers parking and a creche, so you can work out freely while your little ones are taken care of. There’s also an onsite café where you can pick up healthy refreshments. Open Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 10.30pm, 7.30am to 7.30pm on Saturdays, and from 8.30am to 9pm on Sundays. The closest tube station is East Putney or Putney Railway or take busses 337 and 430.
