Roehampton Sport & Fitness Centre is located in Richmond (SW15). New members are welcome, an orientation can be booked upon request. Facilities include cardio machinery, free weights, benches, barbells and squat racks. This gym also offers a range of exercise classes. General amenities include showers, changing rooms and lockers. Open Monday to Friday from 7am to 10.30pm, and from 8am to 6pm on weekends. Take busses 170, 430, 639 or 670 to get here and if you’re driving, visitors can park for free on site for 2.5 hours.
