Roko Health Club (Chiswick Bridge)

Roko Health Club Chiswick is the perfect place for some uninterrupted swimming for those looking to experience in the water, or pure relaxation for those looking to unwind from life. Members can enjoy mood lighting with comfortable recliner chairs whilst they relax and step away from the life’s stress’s. Or they can work on their splits with it’s serene 20m indoor pool.
The club is also a great place to teach your children how to swim. Their children's swim lessons are run by Sports Generation every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm until 6.00pm and weekdays from 4pm - 6.30pm. Crash Swimming courses are also available during school holidays and Roko members will receive an exclusive discount on lessons.
At specific times of the day, members can even enjoy Aqua classes which use the resistance of the water and the effects of its buoyancy to offer a low impact workout. The club also offers a swimfit class, which is a supervised pool based session where you can get in the water, try out a session and pick up hints and tips on technique to ensure you fully enjoy your swim sessions.
Finally, Rook’s luxury health spa has 6 dedicated jet options to massage different parts of your body. Members looking to relax and unwind can enjoy the large sauna with pine essence and steam room with eucalyptus to cap off a totally refreshing club visit.
