The Armoury

The Armoury sits close to the lively city of Hampstead. Facilities include cardio machines, steppers, cross-trainers, bikes, treadmills kitted with personal TVs for a relaxed workout as well as resistance machines, Star Trac strength equipment, free weights (dumbbells, barbells and Olympic plates), cable machines and a sauna. This gym also offers a wide range of exercise classes, from circuits to pilates and yoga to indoor cycling in its spinning studio. Members can access classes at no additional cost. General amenities include showers, changing rooms and lockers. For a quick refreshment vending machines are available stocked with energy bars and drinks. Open Monday to Friday from 6.45am to 10pm and from 9am to 5pm on weekends. The closest tube station is Belsize park or Hampstead Heath National Rail.
