The Fitness Space - Wapping is a modern facility spread over multiple rooms, all containing fantastic state of the art equipment so that you maximise your workout. The gym has Technogym cardio equipment, such as treadmills, cross-trainers and bikes, as well as resistance machines. There is a large free weight area with dumbbells, barbells, plates and a squat back.

Due to having lots of room, The Fitness Space - Wapping can cater for multiple trainers and clients at any one time. There is loads of equipment to make sure you’re never left without the things you want to use. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, allowing you to enjoy your workout with your Trainify trainer.

Alongside the great Technogym equipment, there is also kettlebells, TRX suspension training stations, cable resistance machines and spin bikes for that extra high-intensity workout.

The Fitness Space - Wapping has large changing rooms, toilets and lockers for you to store your belongings.
