In the heart of Soho lives one of London’s most luxury health clubs - Third Space London. Members can immerse themselves in the 4 lane, 20m pool for exercise or to unwind after a tough work out in its three floor gym that overlooks the pool. Ozone treatment cleaner, reduced chlorine water which is great news for your skin, hair and for those that suffer from allergies.
For those looking to refine their strokes or improve their swimming technique, you can book a session with one of the club’s specialist swim coaches or try one of their many vastly popular swim classes. The sauna is a great place to wind down, or you can clear your pores in the clubs porcelain tiled steam room with menthol infused steam, to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
The changing rooms are in keeping with the clubs luxurious feel. With Cowshed products and fluffy towels, you can go from swim class to work without breaking another sweat. Ironing boards, GHD hair dryers and straighteners are also provided. Lockers are available to rent so you never forget your kit along with an optional wash, dry & fold service.
