Tiller Leisure Centre is located on Tiller Road, Docklands and it houses a pool that is 25 meters long, 12.5 meters wide, with a shallow end of 1.07 meters and a deep end of 1.98 meters and a swimmable area of 312 square meters. The venue offers Accessible Entrance, Accessible Changing, Accessible Toilets, Pre-School Swimming Lessons and Under 5s Fun Swims. The recently rebuilt Tiller Leisure Centre is located on the Isle of Dogs, close to Canary Wharf. The facility's air-conditioned gym has cardio, strength, and functional training zones with more than 45 pieces of equipment, including a new rig, battle ropes, and Olympic weights. The facility offers a variety of live and online exercise classes, including Zumba, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and yoga, in addition to other fitness programs. The 25-meter pool with its five lanes is ideal for activities such as water aerobics, lessons taught by Better Swim School, or even throwing a pool party. The studio offers programs for children ages 6 months to 5 years old via a program called Toddlers World, and there is a soft play area for the children to use while they are waiting for their class to begin. There is a diverse selection of activities available for persons of all ages and degrees of physical ability.
