Wavelengths Leisure Centre is located on Giffin Street and has two generous-sized pools that are specifically built for your needs. The leisure pool is 25 meters long, 15 meters wide, has a deep end of 1.8 meters and a total swimmable area of 375 m2. The main pool is 25 meters long, 8 meters wide, has a deep end of 1.77 meters, a shallow end of 0.9 meters and a total swimmable area of 200 m2. The 50-station gym, which they operate in collaboration with Lewisham Council, also has two fitness studios and a third studio on the first floor. A parent and toddler pool is part of the renovated leisure pool. Additionally, the new poolside health suite with sauna and steam room cabins is now open. The 25-meter fitness pool is open every day of the week for fitness swimming and family swimming. The centre provides a wide variety of exercise classes, including Zumba and Group Cycle. For the younger clients, the first-floor soft play provides a wonderful area to have fun and expend some energy.
