These workouts aren’t for the faint hearted. Our conditioning sessions mix cardio and strength exercises to get you maximal results. You may be up against the clock to complete a certain set of exercises, or you could be trying to get as many rounds as possible in a certain time. There is so much variety that we know you’ll not get bored.

These workouts are tough, but if you push through, you’ll reap the rewards. Our conditioning classes combine cardio and weights to create the ultimate workout. You can expect your heart rate to rocket, as you push to the limit, but manage to complete the session and we promise you, there’ll be no better feeling. These workouts are lead by expert instructors and are fully programmed to ensure you get a great workout, but stay safe, particularly when you’re tired. All the movements will be taught and monitored to ensure you maximise your results and don’t leave with any injuries. We find that our conditioning sessions are the sessions people come back for. You build a bond with your piers when you’re in the depths of the workout, that you really don’t get from other sessions.
