Our strength sessions are designed to build a stronger body. Strength training has been proven to improve and increase muscle mass, improve bone health, manage and maintain body fat levels and reduce the risk of injury, to name just a few. Strength can be built using lots of different equipment, such as your bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells to build your strength. Strength training works by overloading the muscles and breaking it down, so that it grows back stronger. Each strength training session should be progressive, with you lifting heavier or increasing your output every time.
Getting stronger is vital for a well performing body. Strength training really is for everyone. In fact, the older you get, the more important it becomes. Strength training will improve your bone health and help prevent muscle loss. Master different movements patterns and transform how you feel. Lifting heavier weights is vital if you are looking to change your physique. Increasing muscle mass will change your body composition, helping you sculpt that body you’ve always wanted. These sessions may be a bit lower intensity, because if we want maximum output during the exercise, we want to make sure our muscles are rested between sets. But don’t this fool you. These sessions are difficult and you’ll feel like you’ve worked once you’ve finished.
