Injuries can be frustrating and can prevent us from doing the things we enjoy. Whether that’s general everyday tasks, or more sport orientated activities, the sooner we can get back to normal, the better. Through Trainify, you’ll only work with experiences trainers through your rehab to help you back to fitness. They’ll be able to assess your injury and put a plan in place to ensure you’re back to full fitness as quickly and as safely as possible.

If you’re having physio, your trainer will be able to work closely with them, to transition you from your physio exercises and manual therapy, into exercise in the gym. Rehab comes in all shapes and size, so there is no one size fits all approach. A good rehab program should help you transition from physio, into light exercise and then full training. The plan should be seamless. We know that a strong recovery from injury is down consistency and ensuring that you progress from session to session. Your trainer will work closely with you to make sure that you are progressing and that you’re learning along the way.
