My experience with Trainify

In January 2022, I started the Junior SEO role at Trainify following the kickstart scheme. When I started with Trainify, SEO training was given, and the team was very supportive and they were willing to help whether I had questions or needed extra help to complete a task assigned. I finished the employability training within 12 weeks and learned how to work in a team and also how to solve problems at work.

The best part? After a few months of working with Trainify, I was offered to stay with the company once the kickstart was over. I accepted without hesitation since my experience working with the team was very good, and I wanted to continue working with them. In short, doing the kickstart with Trainify has been one of the best experiences since it helped me get out of my comfort zone and discover a new path for my career.

Conclusion

The kickstart scheme can be good for young people looking to gain skills and work experience in a particular role. However, be aware of the cons of starting a kickstart job because it might not fill your needs or suit your lifestyle. On the other hand, if you are a young student who has support from parents, trying this type of role can help boost your skills and have more job opportunities in the future.
